We accept checks, money orders and credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card and this site is very secure. Checks are required to be recieved within 5 days. Orders will not be processed until payment is recieved.
We are now happy to announce that we accept credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover) through our secure server. You may now pay with a credit card without having to go through Paypal.

We ship packages via 1stClass mail through the USPS. For shipping within the US (not including Alaska and Hawaii) our shipping charges are as follows:

$1.00-$5.00 is $1.50
$5.01-$10.00 is $2.50
$10.01-$15.00 is $3.50
$15.01-$20.00 is $5.00
$20.01-$45.00 is $6.50
$45.01-$75.00 is $9.00
$75.01-$100.00 is $12.00
$100.01-$150.00 is $16.00
$150.01-$200.00 is $20.00
We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge, please email us and let us give you a quote. As of this time we do not ship internationally.
We are also able to offer customer pick within the Colubmbia, SC area.

Personalized items cannot by resold, as they are made for you, therefore we do not accept them as returns. Jewelry may only be returned if it was recieved broken. Please contact us for special instructions before returning any item. Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. All returns need to be in new condition.

On A Whimsy promises we will never to share your information with anyone. We respect your right to privacy and only send out email notifications when they have been requested. On a Whimsy never keeps your contact or financial information once your order is complete.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover though PayPal. I also now accept these major vredit cards through my secure server. You can pay directly with your credit card and not have to go through paypal. Please double check your orders before they are submitted, but if there is an error please contact me within 12 hours of ordering to be sure the problem is corrected.

All of our products and services are guaranteed to be the way you order them. If there is an error on our part just contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items to make arrangements to return the items for repair or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. No refunds will be given so please read all terms and conditions before buying.
